Client Experience Specialist

Position Overview: We’re looking for a Client Experience Specialist—a high-energy, detail-oriented, natural problem solving team member who's ready to help clients, support our sales and service teams, and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key point of contact for incoming service requests via phone calls, emails, or online inquiries.
- Process routine policy changes, billing questions, or other general insurance service requests.
- Track and manage follow-up reminders for client needs, paperwork, and renewals
- Prepare quotes, gather information, documentation and any other information from prospects or clients needed throughout the sales process.
- Monitor producer pipelines and help move opportunities along with timely follow-up task.
- Help create “wow moments” for prospects during onboarding and transition to client status
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant technology tools.
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative, or office environments
- Insurance experience is a plus but not required- we'll provide full training and help get you licensed within your first six months.
- A warm, positive communicator who loves connecting with people and creating great experiences.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills and can juggle multiple systems and tasks easily.
