Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the owner of Crowley Insurance Agency. The ideal candidate will be a proactive multi-tasker with a strong proficiency in technology, capable of managing various administrative tasks while contributing to our mission of providing outstanding client experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the owner, including scheduling appointments, managing and prioritizing incoming communications including email inbox, documents and phone calls.
  • Maintain an organized filing & training system, ensuring easy access to important information.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Assist in managing client relationships both existing and new prospects, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Utilize various software and technology tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to support agency initiatives and goals.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant technology tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly or salary pay based on experience. Range $45,000-$55,000
  • Multiple bonus opportunities annually
  • Participation in office’s benefits package- Insurance & 401k match

  • Mon-Fri, in person work schedule. Some remote capabilities available
