About the Job…
Account Manager/Administrative Assistant: You will be responsible for assistant agency producers with new sales along with servicing current Crowley Insurance clients. This consists of processing insurance quotes, answering phone calls, dealing with clients face-to-face, taking payments, and helping with claims. You will also be assisting our marketing department in developing and maintaining new strategies to target prospects and communicate with existing clients.

Our hours of operations are 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday. Even though our office hours and schedule are firmly set we are NOT interested someone who is just interested in “punching a clock” and getting a pay check but in developing your skills and your career and making a contribution a growing business team and the community it serves. We want someone that understands the challenges of operating a small business and welcomes the challenges and is excited about the growing opportunities available to you. Also Prior Insurance Experience is NOT required but is helpful.
